How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions provided to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Use a trackable, insured postal service, as Bradley Javier is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Follow all instructions provided in the confirmation email.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached. Returns without tags or with visible signs of wear will be rejected unless verified as defective.
- Packaging: The original packaging must be intact. Damage to the box may result in rejection.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items, and items appearing worn or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Refunds
- Upon receipt, items will be inspected, and you’ll be notified of refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, with processing times extending to 10-15 business days during peak seasons.
- Refunds reflect the purchase price at the time of sale, excluding shipping and packaging costs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified product defect or incorrect shipment.
