How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


  1. Visit our Returns Center.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Use a trackable, insured postal service, as Bradley Javier is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Follow all instructions provided in the confirmation email.
Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached. Returns without tags or with visible signs of wear will be rejected unless verified as defective.
  • Packaging: The original packaging must be intact. Damage to the box may result in rejection.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items, and items appearing worn or washed, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Changes & Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, email hello@bradleyjavier.com with:
  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Email address used for the order
  • Cancellation request details
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our terms. Orders flagged for suspected fraud will be refunded, and customers will be notified with appeal instructions if needed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact hello@bradleyjavier.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include:
  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Email address used for the order
  • A photograph clearly showing the issue

Processing Refunds

  • Upon receipt, items will be inspected, and you’ll be notified of refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, with processing times extending to 10-15 business days during peak seasons.
  • Refunds reflect the purchase price at the time of sale, excluding shipping and packaging costs.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified product defect or incorrect shipment.
